Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recruitment coordination (communication with agencies, candidates & clients)
- Active & passive search prior open roles
- Being responsible for open roles filling
- Management of simple recruitment processed (management of open / closed / incoming new roles)
- Responsibility for on / off boarding of contractors prior roles
- Administrative tasks (repetitive ones including)
- Active & passive communication within company internally, cooperation with various departments
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within recruitment (agency, in-house)
- Experience within administrative field from business / corporate environment
- Basic IT literacy (MS Office, usage & knowledge of LinkedIn)
- Active approach, fast & dynamic way of work
- Proactive, goal-oriented mentality with target’s achievement mindset
- English language business level; any additional language is nice to have
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
