The IT Engineer RDW-TEST GCSP will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions for Ford’s vehicle data warehouse (RDW) and GCSP platforms. Working within the 1000047622 department, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality releases, support continuous integration pipelines, and uphold automotive industry standards. • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for RDW and GCSP systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze functional, regression, and performance test cases.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and data engineering teams to define test requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with automotive data standards and security guidelines.
• Create and maintain clear test documentation, reports, and metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best testing practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and toolsets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation for complex software systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of automotive data standards (e.g., ODX, AUTOSAR) and security requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in an Agile environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
