Varimo (varimo.co) is an Indian EOR and payroll company, founded in 2023, serving US and European tech companies. We are hiring our first Inbound & AI Search Marketer to own SEO, AI search (AEO/GEO), content and community.
You will: build our SEO and AI-search plan (EOR India, India payroll and compliance, contractor vs employee); write answer-first pages in clean US English; work with our dev team on templates, programmatic pages and calculators; answer real questions on Reddit and Quora; track rankings, AI citations and demo requests.
Must-haves: 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech or services content/SEO with a page or cluster you grew (Search Console or GA4 proof); can explain Indian labor, PF/ESI, TDS and gratuity rules plainly; keyword research, on-page, internal links, schema, Ahrefs or Semrush; AEO/GEO basics (answer-first formatting, FAQ schema, AI citation tracking); non-spam Reddit or Quora work.
Nice-to-have: EOR/payroll, Webflow or Next.js CMS, HubSpot.
Pay: INR 4 to 5 LPA fixed. Fully remote, India; tier-2 cities welcome.
