Head of Partnerships
Remote (United States) | Full Time
About the job
Living context. A persistent preference layer, owned by you.
Your personal data should work for you, not against you. We mean that as an architectural decision, not a tagline. The product is built and the patents are filed. Now we need the person who gets wiive plugged into the places people actually live their lives.
You'll be the first partnerships hire at wiive. You'll own the partner strategy end to end, from picking targets through closing deals and launching them. This isn't a "manage the pipeline spreadsheet" job. You'll be in the room for every product and go-to-market decision, and the deals you close will shape what we build.
What you'll work on
- Consumer platform partnerships across travel (airlines and status recognition), mobility (Uber and Lyft), food, and home and messaging (Apple Messages for Business).
- AI and developer partnerships, meaning the companies and agent platforms that plug into the wiive protocol with user consent.
- Turning partner asks into product requirements with engineering, built on consent-first data terms that leave the user in control.
- Building the partnerships function itself, including the playbook, the pipeline, and eventually the team.
You
- Ideally 5+ years in partnerships or BD at a consumer tech, AI, or platform company, with a record of closing deals with large brands from a small team.
- Comfortable talking API scopes and data terms with a CTO and commercial terms with a VP of BD.
- You care about privacy and can explain why "the user owns it" is a selling point and not a liability.
- Bonus if you've done partnerships in travel, mobility, fintech, or consumer AI, or worked with MCP or agent ecosystems.
Why join
- Equity and real ownership.
- You'll define a category, not iterate on someone else's roadmap.
- Small team, high trust, no process theater.
- Fully remote, US-based, with US work authorization.
