Role Summary:
The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand alignment through the development, management, and expansion of strategic partnerships and sponsorships. This role oversees an existing sponsorship portfolio while proactively identifying and converting new partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1.Portfolio Management
- Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of sponsors and strategic partners
- Ensure all partnership obligations are delivered to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to upsell, renew, and expand current agreements
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
2. New Business Development
- Set and track weekly targets for prospecting and outreach to new leads
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners
- Identify and prioritise high-value partnership opportunities aligned with organisational objectives
- Lead outreach efforts, including meetings, pitches, and negotiations
3. Conversion & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyse conversion rates across the partnership pipeline
- Optimise sales strategies based on performance data and insights
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue forecasts
4. Strategic Planning & Calendar Management
- Develop and maintain a strategic partnership calendar outlining key outreach periods, campaigns, and industry opportunities
- Align partnership activity with major organisational milestones, campaigns, and events
- Ensure proactive, timely engagement with prospects based on the strategic calendar
5. Sales Collateral & Proposal Development
- Lead the development of partnership decks, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain high-quality, tailored, and compelling sales collateral
- Continuously update messaging to reflect market trends and organisational priorities
6. Market Presence & Brand Positioning
- Maintain a consistent and meaningful presence within the corporate sponsorship and partnerships landscape
- Implement a strategy to consistently target sponsorship categories and distribution of Sponsorship Overviews, supported by a follow up program.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences
- Build brand credibility and visibility among key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
7. Innovation & Asset Development
- Develop new partnership assets, concepts, and commercial opportunities
- Create innovative, value-driven sponsorship offerings that appeal to target markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to package existing and new assets effectively

- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
