Full Stack Application Developer

What You'll Do

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in application or full-stack development.
2. Build solutions at the intersection of AI, human intelligence, and workflow automation.
3. Working knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
4. Enough technical depth to understand what is easy, hard, or impossible to build and to have an informed discussion with developers.
5. Ability to read and understand basic code, API structures, and system flows.
6. Familiarity with databases, APIs, and how web applications are put together end-to-end.
7. Ability to listen carefully and extract the real problem behind what a client is describing.
8. Strong verbal communication
