We are building two complementary but legally separate businesses.

YachtVersal is a yacht marketplace designed to make yacht discovery, listing management, and broker access more affordable and intelligent. The platform already has a live website, yacht and charter search, broker offerings, private-seller options, and an advertised AI-powered search experience.

Painted Ladies Yacht Marketing focuses on yacht marketing, customer acquisition, business development, and helping yacht professionals reach more buyers and charter clients.

We are looking for a small number of experienced, entrepreneurial professionals who want to help take these businesses to the next stage.

Founding-team opportunities

Technical Product Leader / Fractional CTO: SaaS architecture, product development, APIs, AI integration, and technical strategy.

AI Product Engineer: Practical AI features, intelligent search, marketing automation, and customer-facing product improvements.

Growth and Business Development Leader: Broker acquisition, subscription growth, strategic partnerships, and customer retention.

We are particularly interested in people who have launched software products, built subscription businesses, worked with AI tools, or developed meaningful relationships within the yacht industry.

The opportunity and the risk

These are early-stage ventures. Cash compensation may be limited or unavailable initially, and we cannot guarantee future earnings, investment, or a successful outcome.

For the right candidates, we are open to discussing a clearly defined combination of performance-based compensation, revenue sharing, advisory arrangements, or equity where appropriate and approved.

Any compensation or ownership arrangement will be documented in a written agreement. Equity, revenue share, responsibilities, vesting, and decision-making rights will be specific to the role and the company involved.

We want people who understand the risks, believe in the opportunity, and are prepared to demonstrate what they can contribute.
