About the role
We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founding team across sales, business development, partnerships, growth and special projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers and partners
- Manage leads, follow-ups and sales conversations
- Support product demos and help convert prospects into customers
- Work directly with founders on high-priority projects
- Launch and test new growth, sales and partnership initiatives
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales, outreach and talking to new people
- Takes ownership and can work without constant supervision
- Fast learner who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
- Strong interest in startups, technology and entrepreneurship
- Prior experience in sales, BD, startups or building something yourself is a plus
Internship details
- Duration: 3 months
- Full-time, work from home
- Stipend: Rs 10,000 per month
- Potential full-time opportunity based on performance
