About STYLABS

STYLABS Technologies Pvt Ltd was founded in 2015 in Mumbai. We're a software and AI studio with a senior team across Mumbai and Dubai. We act as the technical co-founder for founders and businesses: we design, build and run AI-native products and agents, and take ideas to market fast. We are small on purpose. Everyone ships.

The role

You'll report to and work directly with both our founders, Ajay Prabhu and Himanshu Sarda (co-founder and director), as their right hand for getting things done. We coordinate across India, Europe and UAE time zones, so you'll be the person who keeps projects moving, turns ideas into plans and plans into shipped work, and uses AI tools to do in a day what used to take a week.

It's an early-career role with real ownership. You won't be an assistant. Expect to:

• run client projects
• build internal tools
• fix how the studio operates
• help us hire
• work on special projects that shape where STYLABS goes next

What you'll do

• Own delivery: take client and internal projects from messy brief to shipped. Scope, plan, run sprints with our engineers and AI agents, and keep clients in India and the UAE informed.
• Build with AI: ship automations, prototypes, dashboards and internal tools with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, agents and whatever else works. Check the output carefully.
• Run ops: tooling, vendors, SOPs and the studio's weekly rhythm.
• Support hiring: write JDs, run pipelines and screening calls, and make sure every candidate hears back.
• Do special projects for the founders: research, proposals, pitch decks, new-venture analysis. Write the memo that helps them decide.

How we work

• Remote anywhere in India, or hybrid from our Mumbai studio.
• Async-first, coordinating across India, Europe and UAE time zones: a daily overlap window of 13:30–17:30 IST, and written updates the rest of the time.
• Occasional client trips to Dubai, by arrangement.

You'll probably have

• 1–4 years in a founder's office, project or delivery coordination, product or tech ops, technical consulting, or engineering with clear ownership of delivery or ops. Exceptional projects or internships count.
• A track record of owning things to done, with results you can point to.
• Excellent written English. You'll communicate mostly in writing.
• Technical fluency: you can read a PR or an API doc, understand how web and mobile apps fit together, and talk to developers as a peer.
• Real hands-on AI use: something you built with AI tools that you can show us.

Bonus points

• Some coding (JS/TS or Python) or no-code/automation (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Startup, agency or studio experience across multiple clients.
• Recruiting, ops or finance basics (spreadsheets, SQL, dashboards).
• Experience with GCC clients; Arabic or Hindi.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

• A smooth async rhythm with both founders: daily updates, a weekly memo, and decisions written down.
• At least two projects you own, shipping on time with clients who trust your updates.
• At least three AI-built tools or workflows the team uses every week.
• One hiring loop and one special project delivered end to end.
