Rite of Passage – Willard Peak Foster Care is looking for caring individuals and families who are interested in becoming therapeutic foster parents for youth who need a safe, supportive, and nurturing home.
The youth we serve may have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, behavioral challenges, or difficult family circumstances. They need adults who are willing to look beyond the behavior, build trust, provide structure, and help them learn healthy skills for their future.
WHAT YOU CAN PROVIDE
- A safe and supportive home
- Consistency, structure, and positive guidance
- Mentoring and encouragement
- Help with school, appointments, activities, and daily routines
- A positive adult relationship and someone who believes in them
- Support as they work toward becoming successful, independent young adults
💰 MONTHLY FOSTER PARENT COMPENSATION
Foster parent compensation is provided monthly and is based on the individual youth’s approved rate and level of care. The amount may vary depending on the youth’s individual needs and placement.
This compensation is intended to help support the care and services provided to the youth in your home.
✨ YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT — YOU JUST HAVE TO BE WILLING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Our foster parents receive training, ongoing support, and guidance from the Rite of Passage team. You will not be doing this alone. Our team works alongside foster families to help them understand the youth’s needs and provide the support necessary for a successful placement.
