I am building across multiple projects and I am looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to come on as a volunteer and get things done. This is a flexible volunteer role, and the right person is a strong executor who takes whatever comes in and finds a way to handle it without needing to be walked through every step.

What you would do

This role sits at the center of the operation, so the work spans a lot of ground. On any given week you might be handling outreach and communication, drafting and sending messages, running point on a marketing push, helping move a sales conversation along, sourcing and reaching out to people, coordinating others and keeping them on track, and handling the admin and the details that keep everything moving. You take a task, you figure out how to do it well, and you close it out cleanly the first time. The work changes day to day, so it suits someone who likes range and does not want to be boxed into one narrow lane.

What I am looking for

A strong executor above all. Someone who can take direction once and run with it, rather than needing repeated follow ups on the basics. Sharp written communication, a professional and organized approach, and real attention to detail. Resourceful, quick to learn, and comfortable switching between different kinds of work in a single day. Someone who wants to be close to how everything is built and take on real responsibility.
