We’re looking for a Web3-native, AI-first creator and communicator who lives and breathes crypto, loves creating content, connecting with people, and exploring the world of blockchain security!

If you’re a natural networker, confident in front of the camera, always experimenting with AI, and excited about what’s next in Web3 — this is your chance to create, experiment, and grow with TeamQuills!

What you'll do:

• Participate in recording podcasts, videos, interviews, and other content that brings Web3 security conversations to life.
• Help create engaging content around Web3, blockchain security, smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, and emerging trends.
• Work closely with the founding team to help define technical strategy, prioritize features, and navigate the path from testnet to mainnet and beyond.
• Develop structured strategies to partner with international hackathons, Web3 events, and demo days — driving meaningful developer adoption.
• Stay on top of crypto, Web3, and crypto+AI trends.
• Design technical challenges, onboarding flows, and integration pathways for ecosystem participants.
• Plan and host technical AMAs and webinars end-to-end (planning, execution, post-production, distribution).
• Pitch fresh content formats, experiment with new platforms, and take ideas from concept to execution.

What we are looking for:

• Web3 Native: You understand blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and the Web3 ecosystem — and you’re genuinely excited about where it’s headed.
• Security Curious: You have a strong grasp of Web3 security and blockchain concepts, and can confidently engage in conversations around them.
• AI-Native: You love experimenting with AI tools and discovering smarter ways to research, create, and get things done.
• A Communication Powerhouse: You're articulate, expressive, and confident engaging with people, hosting conversations, and representing QuillAudits publicly.
• Camera-Confident: You're comfortable recording videos, participating in podcasts, interviewing guests, and speaking in front of an audience.
• A Content Creator at Heart: You understand social media, enjoy storytelling, and know how to make ideas engaging, relevant, and shareable.
• A Builder Mindset: You're excited to experiment with AI, explore new tools, and create demos or prototypes.
