Customer Success & Support Specialist
Warehance helps businesses manage orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment.
Weâre looking for someone who is good with people, sharp with details, and enjoys solving problems. Youâll work directly with customers, investigate issues, answer technical questions, and help them run their operations.
We care about getting the answer right and seeing problems through.
What Youâll Do
- Solve customer problems involving software, warehousing, and shipping
- Investigate root causes and explain solutions clearly
- Help customers get more out of Warehance
- Work with product and engineering to resolve issues
- Own problems from the first question through resolution

Youâre analytical, personable, and technically capable. You ask good questions, notice details, and follow through. You donât need to know everything coming in, but you need to be willing and excited to learn.
