Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and people-oriented Bilingual Customer Support & Outreach Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a native Spanish or Portuguese speaker with professional or fluent English skills. You should be comfortable communicating with new people, building rapport, and helping others in a professional and friendly manner.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, has basic computer skills, and is willing to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Communicate with people in Spanish and English through online platforms and messaging applications.
Build friendly and professional relationships with new contacts.
Respond to messages and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with basic customer support and outreach activities.
Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
Use basic computer applications, websites, email, and messaging platforms.
Keep communication organized and maintain a professional attitude.
Learn new tools and processes as needed.
Escalate questions or issues when additional assistance is required.

Requirements

Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker.
Professional or fluent English communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable meeting or communicating with new people.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to use websites, email, messaging applications, and common computer tools.
Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, outreach, community management, or a similar role.
Experience communicating with customers or candidates online.
Familiarity with common communication and productivity tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
