RevPilots | NYC preferred | Early career, approximately 0–3 years of experience
RevPilots helps companies hire great B2B sales and marketing talent. We’re looking for a content marketer who can turn ideas, conversations, and raw footage into content people actually want to read and watch.
Your focus will be LinkedIn, video, and Twitter/X, working directly with the founder to build both his personal brand and RevPilots’ presence.
We want to publish a lot of good content consistently. You should enjoy creating, have strong editorial judgment, and know how to get work from an initial idea to a finished post.
What you’ll do
- Create LinkedIn content: Write posts, develop carousels, and turn recruiting insights, research, and real experiences into useful, compelling content.
- Edit video: Turn raw footage into polished videos with strong openings, tight pacing, captions, and supporting visuals.
- Create Twitter/X content: Write original posts and threads, adapt ideas for the platform, and participate in relevant conversations.
- Help develop video ideas and scripts: Identify topics worth covering and help make the founder’s delivery clear, natural, and engaging.
- Build a consistent publishing rhythm: Manage the content calendar and keep a steady flow of finished work moving.
- Get more from strong ideas: Turn one conversation or recording into several distinct pieces of content, adapting each to its platform.
- Learn from performance: Track what gets attention, starts meaningful conversations, and brings the right people to RevPilots.
What we’re looking for
- Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience. Internships, freelance work, personal projects, and building your own audience all count.
- A background in video editing, with examples that demonstrate your judgment around pacing, storytelling, and presentation.
- Strong writing skills, especially clear hooks, specific ideas, and a natural voice.
- An active presence on social media. You should already be creating and publishing, whether for yourself, clients, an employer, or a side project.
- The ability to produce high-quality work regularly and manage multiple pieces of content at once.
- Someone who brings ideas, takes feedback well, and follows through without needing every step assigned.
- An interest in business, sales, hiring, and how companies grow.
- Recruiting industry experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. NYC is preferred.
