Content, Community & Partnerships Manager (Offshore)

This is an offshore, fully remote role. We are hiring a Content, Community & Partnerships Manager to own Time Rich's voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Luma and WhatsApp, and to write the copy that wins brand partners.
You write the words, run the calendar and direct a small team (video editor, designer, engineer) so content ships every week without the founder chasing it. You also write brand partnership proposals and sponsor copy. As you grow into the role, you will lead brand partnership strategy calls and map the content each partner gets. You work closely with ViKA Victoria, our Chief Storytelling Officer, on story, partner pitches and content.

Four jobs in one seat: copywriter, content manager, community builder and partnerships writer. You report to Ella Molony Cook, Founder of Time Rich.

About Time Rich
Time Rich is a media and education platform for founders becoming creators, and creators becoming founders. We teach people to build AI systems that buy their time back, then tell their story and grow an audience.

Our community is venture-backed founders, investors, GPs, LPs and leaders shaping the narrative.

  • Audience: 63,000+ Substack subscribers and 101,000 followers across socials
  • Brand partners: brands join us across live events, digital accelerators and organic content
  • What we run: live AI workshops in person and online, Luma events, and the Superhuman Accelerator

Our founder, Ella Molony Cook, is a 4x founder with one exit and an angel investor. Our rule: nobody on stage hypes AI. Everyone teaching is building.

About the Superhuman Accelerator
The Superhuman Accelerator is a 4-week live intensive, Mon 26 Oct to Fri 20 Nov, to build your AI operating system with exited founders. You leave with one part of your business running on AI.

  • 10 live sessions at 12pm ET, hands on, plus expert Q&A rooms and hot seat coaching
  • Coaches include an a16z-backed CEO, an enterprise AI trainer for Google and Amazon, and the founder of a platform with 20,000 AI agents built on it
  • Every buyer gets two seats, so the person who runs the system is in the room
  • Members keep the Notion operating system and the community

The accelerator is the flagship. Most of the content you run, and most brand partner deals, feed into it.

What you'll own

  • Instagram: write Reel scripts, hooks, captions and carousels the founder can record in one sitting.
  • LinkedIn: ghostwrite founder posts, carousels and comments, and turn long-form into short posts.
  • Substack: write and edit long-form posts and Notes, cut Shorts from video, and run the daily series on schedule.
  • Brand partnerships: write sponsor proposals, package copy and partner content. Later, lead partner strategy calls and map their content.
  • Luma events: write event pages, invites and reminders, and follow up after each event to fill the room.
  • WhatsApp community: welcome new members, start threads and answer questions. Nothing waits over 24 hours.
  • Content calendar: own one calendar across every channel and partner deliverable, two weeks ahead, with a weekly performance note.

You repurpose one idea across every platform: one talk becomes a newsletter, five posts, three scripts and an event page.
Nothing posts or goes to a partner in Ella's name until Ella approves it. The test of this role: Ella approves your drafts instead of rewriting them.

Managing the team
You direct three people. You don't do their work; you make sure it ships well and on time.

  • Video editor: you hand over scripts, footage, timestamps and deadlines. You check the hook lands in 2 seconds and files arrive on time.
  • Designer: you brief carousels, event and partner graphics, and thumbnails. You check they are on brand and readable on a phone.
  • Engineer: you hand over landing page copy and email or automation requests. You check pages are live, links work and automations are tested.

Every brief should let the person finish without asking a question. AI agents draft and schedule; you manage those workflows alongside the humans. No agent sends or posts on its own.
