Compliance Manager

Are you interested in driving policy enforcement and continuously improving our global cloud infrastructure?

Are you ready to bridge the gap between engineering innovation and enterprise compliance?

Join our Enterprise Security Team

The Technology Reliability Governance team safeguards infrastructure by identifying risks, conducting assessments, and engaging technical teams effectively. Threats to critical operations are monitored to ensure swift mitigation and maintain exceptional resilience and uptime. Collaborating with engineering leaders, the team develops policies and frameworks aimed at preventing service disruptions and sustaining operational reliability.

Lead our Compliance Team

Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements by developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs that mitigate risks and enhance ethical practices.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing, tracking, and strictly enforcing governance policies across the engineering organization, with a primary focus on engineering operations and operational standards.
  • Overseeing the operational lifecycle of vulnerability management, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure prompt remediation and reduced risks across infrastructure.
  • Collaborating closely with security architects, engineers and stakeholders to design controls for compliance and IT minimum control standard
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track policy adherence, open vulnerabilities, and audit readiness across engineering.
  • Serving as the bridge between engineering, security and audit teams, ensuring our control environment procedures are well-documented, tested, and consistently followed.
  • Translating policies and industry frameworks (such as CIS benchmarks or NIST guidelines) into actionable technical specifications and engineering workflows.
  • Participating in post-incident reviews and threat modeling to identify systemic compliance gaps and recommend structural improvements.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate 8+ of relevant experience in policy, compliance, or technical program management within an engineering-focused environment with practical expertise.
  • Demonstrate deep, hands-on experience designing and managing vulnerability management programs, patch compliance tracking, and remediation SLAs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in engineering and operations technologies, encompassing secure software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Have working knowledge of standard security frameworks and benchmarks (e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001) used to shape governance.
  • Excel at cross-functional communication, bridging the gap between mandates and developer velocity by turning policies into clear, achievable technical requirements.
  • Be capable of identifying operational and security risks before they impact platform reliability and driving accountability across engineering teams.
