About Launchzy: We help HVAC and home services companies capture every lead with websites, missed-call text-back, AI receptionists and quote follow-up.
The role: Cold call HVAC business owners (US first, then AU and UK), qualify them, and book meetings for our closers. Calling only; closing is handled by our team.
Compensation (commission-based, no base pay): 10% of the closed deal's value, earned on each qualified booked meeting where the lead attends and the deal closes. Paid every 2 weeks in USD or EUR. No clawback on client refunds. Base pay may be considered later after consistent results; it is not guaranteed.
Hours: flexible.
You bring: real outbound phone cold calling experience, clear spoken English, a quiet setup.
Process: short screening, 10-min role-play, interview with our Head of Sales. Contract and tool details shared at interview.
