We are looking for a highly driven Co-Founder & CEO to join a stealth-mode startup currently in the product development stage.

This is a true founding-team opportunity, not a conventional executive or employment role. The right person will have the opportunity to take significant ownership of the company, shape its direction, build the team, and eventually lead the company through fundraising and growth.

What You’ll Do

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will work closely with the founding team to:

• Take ownership of the company's overall business direction and strategy.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including developing investor relationships and preparing for future funding rounds.
• Build and lead the founding team as we grow.
• Recruit key early employees, advisors and potential co-founders.
• Develop partnerships and strategic relationships.
• Help define the company's go-to-market and growth strategy.
• Represent the company with investors, partners and other external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product and technical team while the product is being developed.
• Help turn the product vision into a scalable business.
• Make high-level decisions around the company's priorities, growth and long-term direction.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to build a company rather than simply join one.
• Is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in an early-stage environment.
• Has strong communication and leadership skills.
• Is interested in fundraising, investor relations and business development.
• Can build and motivate an early-stage team.
• Is comfortable operating with uncertainty and limited resources.
• Thinks strategically and can turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Has the ambition to eventually lead the company as its full-time CEO.

Previous startup, fundraising, leadership or business development experience is valuable, but entrepreneurial mindset and potential are more important than having a perfect résumé.

Equity

This is a 100% equity-based Co-Founder opportunity. There is no salary at the current stage.

The equity structure will be discussed with the selected founding team and will reflect the level of commitment, responsibilities and long-term contribution.
