About the Role
KB Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available, Monday-Friday.
This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities
– Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
– Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
– Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
– Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
– Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
– Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
Skills
– Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
– Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
– Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
– Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
