AI Voice Over Specialist

About the role

We’re seeking an AI Voice Over Specialist who understands the art of narration and has the technical expertise to work with AI voice synthesis tools (like ElevenLabs) to produce premium-quality, natural-sounding audio for short and long form narrations.

This is not just about pressing “generate” — it’s about shaping tone, pacing, and emotional delivery so our audience feels spoken to, not read at.

What you’ll do

• Narrative Craft
• Understand script intent, emotional beats, and target audience to shape voice delivery.
• Adapt tone for different content types (tranformative, educational, meditative, storytelling).
• AI Voice Production
• Operate and fine-tune ElevenLabs (and similar tools) to generate human-like, emotionally resonant voiceovers.
• Adjust prosody, pacing, emphasis, and pronunciation for natural flow.
• Manage multiple AI voice profiles and ensure consistency across content.
• Audio Post-Processing
• Perform light editing, mastering, and noise reduction to ensure broadcast-level audio quality.
• Integrate background music or ambient elements when needed.
• Collaboration
• Work with writers, content strategists, and audio engineers to maintain consistent storytelling voice.
• Contribute creative input for improving script structures for spoken delivery.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in voice acting, narration, or voice direction (human or AI).
• Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs (required) or similar AI voice tools (e.g., Play.ht, Resemble AI, WellSaid Labs).
• Strong ear for intonation, rhythm, and emotional cadence in voice delivery.
• Audio editing skills (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot AI pronunciation, pacing, and emphasis issues.
• Background in audiobook narration, podcast production, or meditation apps.
• Knowledge of sound design for immersive learning experiences.
• Understanding of multilingual AI voice generation.
• Familiarity with text-to-speech SSML markup for advanced control over delivery.
