Unlike generic marketing agencies, your role requires a deep understanding of how visuals represent complex science and financial data accurately without misleading the audience.
The Role
As an AI Visuals & Brand Design Consultant, you will be the guardian of bataSutra’s visual language. You will not just generate images; you will translate complex scientific and business concepts into compelling, accurate, and aesthetically consistent visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
You will use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to create carousels, infographics, and social posts that simplify dense topics while maintaining brand safety and avoiding hallucination in data-driven visuals.
Key Responsibilities
You will operate across three core pillars:
- Generative Content Creation & Brand Consistency
Create high-fidelity LinkedIn and Instagram carousels using AI image generation, editing, and layout tools.
Ensure all generated assets align with bataSutra’s color palette, typography, and "Strategic Growth Consultant" authority tone.
Design custom illustrations for technical topics (e.g., visualizing battery degradation or data center infrastructure) that accurately reflect scientific principles.
Optimize image compression for Core Web Vitals without losing quality.
- Visual Fact-Checking & Ethics Compliance
Verify the accuracy of AI-generated visuals, especially those depicting science, technology, or finance (e.g., ensuring a battery diagram matches chemical reality).
Adhere to "Intellectual Integrity"—no deepfakes, no misleading stock imagery used as news graphics.
Attribute or license AI-generated art appropriately where copyright applies.
- Workflow Automation & Asset Management
Streamline the image-to-post workflow: Generate → Refine in Photoshop/Canva → Schedule for Social Media.
Maintain a library of "Brand Safe" assets (stock, licensed, generated) to ensure consistency across platforms.
Manage file versioning for drafts so editors always have access to the latest high-res versions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
AI Visual Literacy: Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney v6+ (commercial license preferred), Adobe Firefly, or Stable Diffusion. Ability to write prompts that generate specific concepts rather than generic aesthetics.
Design Fundamentals: Strong eye for composition, color theory, and typography. Understanding of layout grids for carousel posts (5-7 slides).
Scientific/Technical Accuracy: Ability to distinguish between plausible and impossible visuals, especially in science and tech contexts (e.g., not drawing a circuit board that doesn't exist).
Editorial Sensitivity: Willingness to work with long-form content teams to ensure the visual supports the text rather than distracting from it.
Communication: Ability to explain why a specific visual choice matters in terms of audience comprehension and brand trust.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with 3D rendering tools (Blender/Cinema4D) for product visualization or data modeling.
Background in Data Visualization (using charts/graphs to tell a story).
Portfolio demonstrating work that simplifies complex technical concepts visually.
Familiarity with finance/business aesthetics (clean, minimalist, professional).
