VideoCreate is a product published by Astraflare (ASTRAFLARE LIMITED), a small independent software publisher based in Hong Kong.

VideoCreate turns uploaded videos into editable, shot-by-shot prompts for Seedance, Kling, Wan and Grok Imagine, which can then be used to generate videos. This contract role involves creating and testing prompts, generating output clips, and documenting results for our tested-prompt library.

What you’ll do

• Write and refine prompts for agreed models and briefs, including product shots, camera movement, lighting and motion.
• Generate test clips using accounts and credits we provide.
• Record the exact prompt, model, settings and results so each test can be reproduced.
• Explain which instructions the model followed, what it missed, and what you would change.
• Where separately agreed, edit a 15–30-second comparison or breakdown video.

What we’re looking for

• Practical experience with at least one AI video model, such as Seedance, Kling, Wan or Grok Imagine.
• One or two existing examples of your AI-generated clips, with the exact prompts used.
• Familiarity with camera movement, framing and lighting terminology.
• Clear written English and careful documentation.
• Honest reporting: identify edits and repeated attempts, and never present stock footage as generated output.

Basic video editing is useful for optional breakdown assignments. No degree or minimum number of professional years is required.

Deliverables and payment

One tested-prompt deliverable includes:

• The final prompt text.
• The model, version where available, and generation settings.
• The raw generated clip and a record of attempts.
• An 80–150-word note explaining what worked, what missed, and one practical improvement.

Pay is US$15–30 per completed, accepted tested-prompt deliverable. Before each assignment, we agree in writing on the fee, scope, number of generations and acceptance criteria.

Acceptance is based on completing the agreed brief and documentation. A model’s failure to follow a prompt is a valid test finding and does not by itself make a deliverable unacceptable.

Optional breakdown videos are separate assignments paid at US$25–50 per video, with scope and fee agreed beforehand.

We provide test accounts and all required generation credits. These costs are never deducted from your pay. No personal product registration, subscription or purchase is required.

Payment is made within 14 calendar days of acceptance.

Assignments depend on current needs and the quality of completed work. No minimum volume or ongoing work is guaranteed.

Application and selection

Apply through Wellfound. In your application note, include:

1. One or two existing AI-generated clips with their exact prompts, using portfolio examples already available on your profile where possible.
2. The models you have used and one limitation you have observed.
3. Your proposed per-prompt rate within our range, or confirmation that the range works for you.

We review existing work first; no new unpaid sample is required. Shortlisted applicants discuss scope and availability with us through Wellfound.

The next step is a paid trial of three tested prompts at the agreed per-prompt rate. We supply the test accounts and generation credits. Trial work completed to the agreed scope and acceptance criteria is paid whether or not we offer further assignments.
