About the Company

Wired2Scale is a performance marketing company that runs paid media for brands operating at a scale where conventional tools break down. We manage thousands of creatives and billions in ad spend, where speed, precision, and automation separate results from noise. Our clients come to us when growth has outpaced their systems, and our job is to build the infrastructure that lets them keep scaling.

We also build our own AI software for paid media, developing tools and systems that help us operate more efficiently at scale. If you want to work on complex technical problems at the intersection of AI, automation, and performance marketing, this is where they live.

A Few Problems We Are Currently Working On

We are a media buying company focused on Meta Ads, and we build our own AI software to support and improve our paid media operations.

Some of the areas we are working on include:

2. Developing better reporting systems and unified dashboards that bring together data from multiple sources.
3. Finding new ways to use AI and software to improve efficiency, decision-making, and performance at scale.

Signals You’re Probably the Right Fit

• Strong in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java, etc.). You’re curious and understand the tools you work with.
• You understand from first principles how LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents actually work.
• You’ve shipped AI software that people use, whether through open-source projects, side projects, or production features.
• You keep up with a field that changes every few weeks: research papers, new model releases, and evolving APIs.
• You write and communicate clearly. Much of our work happens asynchronously, with some synchronous meetings.
• You’re self-directed. When you’re missing context, you take the initiative to find it.
• You’re resourceful. When something blocks your progress, you find a workaround. If it’s temporary, you communicate it to the team so we can work toward a permanent solution.

If you need a manager to unblock you every morning, this will be frustrating.

How We Operate

1. Fast

• It’s okay to launch a V1, gather feedback, and iterate.
• You should actively contribute, take ownership, and demonstrate the value of your work.
• Speed and code quality require balance. Your code doesn’t need to be perfect from day one, but it must be maintainable and easy to modify.
• Code should be clear and understandable, making it easy for others to see what it does and how it works.

2. Remote-Native

• We’re a fully distributed company with employees across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• We expect excellent communication so the team understands what you’re working on, where you’re blocked, and what support you need.
• You should be comfortable communicating technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
