About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to integrate AI tools into our law firm’s workflows, streamline processes, automate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, along with proven expertise in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants.
- Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation.
- Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365.
- Integrate accounting platforms with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
- Explore integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups.
- Build automated reports and dashboards.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
- Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential firm and client information.
Requirements

- Proven experience building and deploying AI automations in real-world business environments.
- Hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Experience with SharePoint, Excel, messaging platforms, and financial systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a portfolio of completed projects
