Tasks
  • Architect, develop, test, and deploy Python solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews for quality assurance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues while optimizing performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Python and tech trends.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable and high-performance systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Python development, including expertise in Python frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

The recruiting process at our company typically begins with an invitation from our HR Lead, Belinda. In the initial 45-minute conversation, both you and the company get the chance to become acquainted. 30 minutes are for the actual talk, and 15 minutes is a buffer time) This meeting serves as an opportunity for you to gain initial insights into the company.

The second interview involves a discussion with our Chief Information Officer (CIO), Markus. This session is more focused on technical aspects, providing an exciting exchange and deep dive into the task of the position.

Additionally, you will have conversations with other engineers, allowing you to further explore your fit within the team and the technical aspects of the role.
