Product Manager, Payments

Treasury Prime product managers focus on expanding our API and platform capabilities that help banks and fintechs build better financial products and services together. Under the guidance of a group product manager, this role will have the support and mentorship needed to succeed. You’ll also have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, learn about new business models from our fintech and bank clients, and help build a company alongside a team of serial entrepreneurs.

You will:

  • Deeply understand bank and fintech users, including developing client relationships

  • Identify and prioritize payment features and enhancements based on client feedback, platform strategy, and company objectives

  • Help maintain a continuous 90-day roadmap for your focus area

  • Define new products and features with briefs, specs, and flows

  • Ensure payment products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Determine the business value, recommended pricing, and go-to-market approach for new products and features then validate they are executed to your standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, engineering, design, and support, to establish alignment, define requirements, and ensure successful launches

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development process

  • Manage product escalations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain innovative and competitive

You may be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably with a track record of launching successful developer or fintech products

  • Familiarity with payments technology, including knowledge of payment gateways, banking landscape, and regulatory compliance

  • Demonstrated ability to refine complex problems into defined technical requirements for elegant customer experiences

  • Solid presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills needed for data-driven decision-making

  • Effective written communication skills

  • Ability to bring focus to an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn
