Exygy seeks an enthusiastic and highly driven associate product manager, who is passionate about making a difference in the world with technology. Join our tight-knit team to help us grow our Consulting business and deliver on our mission of building tech for good. This is a full-time remote position.

As an associate product manager, you’ll play an important coordination role within our cross-functional Consulting team. You’ll work with Account Management, Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support a variety of engagements across sectors. You’ll interface with clients on a regular basis and will be the single point of contact for communication on many of your projects. It is important that you are comfortable adapting templates and working within varying constraints to deliver value for our clients.

While we’d love for candidates to have some product management formal training, this position could also be a great fit for individuals with product-adjacent backgrounds (project management, program management, business analytics, etc), looking to transition into the role.

Responsibilities

Contribute to product artifacts, such as product requirements documents, workshop readouts, and product launch plans

Facilitate cross-functional sprint planning and agile ceremonies

Maintain product documentation, test plans, user guides, and draft various artifacts to support the team and our clients’ needs

Contribute to templates and process definition to consistently improve how we communicate and deliver work for our clients

Serve as a point of contact representing the team to our clients, providing project management support

Key Desired Requirements

3-4+ years of work experience in a professional environment, ideally in a client facing role, 1-2+ years specifically working on digital technology projects, ideally with a Product Manager

Proven initiative to complete product management training or certifications

Detail orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a love of organizing a group towards a common goal

Creative, entrepreneurial mindset including a bias towards action, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to learn new skills on the fly

Innovative, curious, and able to complete independent research, ramping up on new subject matters quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as facilitative approach to leadership – an ability to empathize with, influence, and motivate individuals

Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure, managing change fluidly

Experience working with agile methodologies in any role

Commitment to the betterment of humanity – passionate about designing and developing world-class products that make communities healthier and more resilient
