Role Description

As Product Manager – RePAP & Ecosystem Partnerships, you will:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and performance of the RePAP digital pathway, serving patients eligible to renew their PAP device after 5+ years of therapy.
  • Lead cross-functional execution to build a seamless, compliant, and scalable experience for patients, DMEs, and providers.
  • Develop and integrate a network of upstream partnerships (e.g., diagnostics, screening platforms, employer programs) and downstream partnerships (e.g., lifestyle support, remote monitoring, virtual care) that expand the reach and value of ResMed’s sleep health offerings.
  • Support commercialization efforts across payer, employer, and provider channels by helping design and deliver configurable solutions powered by the RePAP and Pathway ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities


  • Product Management – RePAP Pathway:

    • Own and evolve the end-to-end RePAP product roadmap and customer journey.
    • Collaborate with engineering, CX, data science, legal, and clinical teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and user-friendly digital workflows.
    • Develop robust eligibility and intake logic based on payer, geography, and clinical rules.
    • Define and measure KPIs: eligibility conversion rate, device reorder completion, patient NPS, and time-to-replacement.

  • Ecosystem Strategy & Partnerships:

    • Identify and prioritize strategic partners that support the sleep therapy lifecycle, both before and after the point of RePAP.
    • Lead integration planning and execution with partner platforms (APIs, data sharing, operational handoffs).
    • Structure scalable partnership models that drive patient engagement, adherence, and partner success.
    • Collaborate with Business Development and Commercial teams to validate fit, pilot, and operationalize integrations.

  • Commercial Enablement & Cross-Segment Collaboration:

    • Partner with commercial, payer, and DME teams to ensure RePAP workflows align with operational needs and growth goals.
    • Support go-to-market planning, solution packaging, and field enablement materials.
    • Gather and synthesize market feedback to inform prioritization and iteration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, digital health strategy, or ecosystem/partnership development.
  • Experience launching digital healthcare products or services, especially in complex B2B2C or regulated environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, business, and operations teams.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health-tech, med device ecosystems, payer-provider networks, or chronic care models.
  • Familiarity with DME operations, reimbursement cycles, or digital integration with care delivery platforms.
  • Previous experience structuring and launching partnerships (technology, clinical services, or commercial).
