Skills & experience we’re looking for ๐จโ๐ป
- User Curiosity ๐: You love understanding what people need, whether itโs through interviews, surveys, or just good conversations.
- Comfort with Data ๐: You can take messy data and turn it into useful insights that help shape better decisions.
- Project Management Skills โ : Youโre comfortable tracking progress, helping fix issues, and making sure things stay on schedule. (Bonus if youโve used tools like Jira or ClickUp!)
- Strong Communicator ๐ฃ๏ธ: Youโre good at keeping everyone in the loop, whether itโs your teammates or external partners.
You will be responsible forย ๐ฒ
- Understand Users ๐ฅ: Talk to users, run surveys, and find out what they care about, and why.
- Turn Info into Insights ๐ก: Look at data, feedback, and trends to help the team make smarter product decisions.
- Keep Projects Moving ๐: Track sprints, test features, and help fix bugs to make sure everything is running smoothly.
- Help Launch New Features ๐ข: Plan release campaigns, send out push notifications, and engage our community during launches.
- Work with Partners ๐ค: Coordinate with external partners and vendors to make sure our goals are met.
- Connect the Teams ๐: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring new ideas to life.
- Stay Organised ๐: Keep track of plans, notes, and updates so everyone stays aligned.

Hikeโs latest round of funding came in August 2021, where we raised capital from the worldโs best product innovators & investors. The round was led by Justin Mateen (Co-Founder, Tinder). Rajeev Misra (CEO, SoftBank Vision Fund), Sean Rad (Co-Founder, Tinder), Arjun Sethi (Co-Founder & Partner, Tribe Capital), Bhavin Turakhia (Co-Founder, Zeta & Titan), Kunal Shah (Founder, Cred), Binny Bansal (Co-Founder, Flipkart), Aditya Agarwal (Partner in Residence, South Park Commons), Kunal Bahl (Co-Founder & CEO, Snapdeal) & Rohit Kumar Bansal (Co-Founder, Snapdeal), also participated in the round.
Currently, our dedicated team comprises approximately ~160 professionals who work remotely from over 30 different cities. The way we see it is weโve been dropped off on a mountain thatโs unexplored, without a map and itโs our job to figure things out. Itโs an opportunity of a lifetime, a chance to do our life’s best work.
