As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will be a solo contributor working closely to the management, business development and marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive the merchant digital solutions vision “to be Merchant’s partner of choice for digital success” through collaborations with strategic partners in the restaurant or food industry. You will lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility, expand market reach, and enhance customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in collaborating with third-party entities such as influencers, government bodies, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership marketing, a keen understanding of brand-building strategies, and excellent relationship-building skills.

What you’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish and strengthen collaborations with strategic partners, including but not limited to influencer/KOL in restaurant or food industry, independent entities.
  • Identify, prioritize and engage with potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives and target markets.
  • Develop and execute partnership marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, business development, and product development, to align partnership initiatives with overall business strategies and overall marketing objectives..
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnership marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive rapport. Also represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance partnership prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to senior management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration and brand advocacy.

What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years experiences in partnership marketing, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or food delivery industry.
  • Strong understanding of partnership models, marketing principles, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Also interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to partnership development.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
