Partner Support Specialist

A Partner Support Specialist is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over chat and email, building relationships with decision-makers, providing occasional training and best practices . Throughout these interactions one must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Enerflo in the best light possible.

 

Requirements

  • Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Availability to partners based on contracted schedule
  • Constant software application usage
  • Respond to inbound chats using Intercom application
  • Respond to inbound emails using ZenDesk application
  • Internal communication using Slack
  • Identify and track client concerns and requests
  • Create executive-level reporting
  • Escalate concerns and requests to development team, as needed
  • Remote basic and best-practices training
  • Problem Solving

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and using software
