Partner Support Specialist
A Partner Support Specialist is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over chat and email, building relationships with decision-makers, providing occasional training and best practices . Throughout these interactions one must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Enerflo in the best light possible.
Requirements
- Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Availability to partners based on contracted schedule
- Constant software application usage
- Respond to inbound chats using Intercom application
- Respond to inbound emails using ZenDesk application
- Internal communication using Slack
- Identify and track client concerns and requests
- Create executive-level reporting
- Escalate concerns and requests to development team, as needed
- Remote basic and best-practices training
