You are a growth architect and are obsessed with experimentation and optimization, can easily float among all major growth channels (paid, organic, social, web, app, offline, online, etc … and from a career perspective, you’re energized, primed and ready for the biggest challenge of your life.
Hello, my name is Marc Stockman, co-founder and CEO of Metabolic Living, and I need your help. We’ve spent the last 10 years quietly architecting a multi-product, multi-platform, multi-channel economic engine that delivers profits to self-fund our company. We spend $2MM+ per month in paid media that will grow to $5MM per month by year end, thanks to our robust LTV that allows for a high CAC. However, for us to hit our goal of becoming a billion-dollar revenue brand by 2024, I need to replace myself as the growth leader. The trend towards health and wellness was already a wind in our sails, but COVID lit a match and set our growth on fire. What’s Our Past and Future?
We built everything organically in reverse, starting with our first nutrition program in 2012, then our first exercise program in 2014 and then launching our full ecosystem of products, including nutraceuticals, functional foods, subscriptions, memberships, 1-on-1 coaching and more. Currently, these are all marketed separately under different DTC websites and brands in a direct response (DR) manner.
And now we’re centralizing everything under our new brand, Metabolic Living, with our flagship e-comm website launching in April, with our app launching thereafter. Normally, companies launch with a brand and then figure out how to make money. We did that in reverse – pinpointing pain points, curating world-class products, validating product-market match, generating cash flow to self-fund our growth, building out our operational team along the way and then retrofitting the brand on top. Strange path, but here we are.

Front-end Paid Acquisition Expert – You’re a master at scaling paid media to deliver efficient ROAS and CAC, know how to build and manage teams, and can deftly guide us through current agency usage to building out an internal team when the time is right
Conversion Optimization Expert – You excel at conversion rate optimization, with deep experience in running experiments with value props and messaging, design, UX and technical optimizations to drive up conversion rates and improve ROAS and CAC
Back-end Monetization Expert – You know how to drive up customer LTV with upselling and cross-selling, but also by maximizing retention with activation, engagement and creating true lifetime relationships with customers via CRM
