THE ROLE

As a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand communication strategy and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing cross-channel and omnichannel strategies that drive engagement, maximize conversions, and enhance the customer experience. With your expertise in budget allocation across multiple platforms, you’ll ensure a seamless and personalized buyer journey. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaign performance and delivering measurable results, all while contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences.

  • Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team.

  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • DTC Ecommerce Focus (Top Priority): Candidates with hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands will be given absolute priority. We’re looking for someone who understands the DTC ecosystem and knows how to scale performance in that space.

  • At least 2-3 Years of Paid Advertising Experience: Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.

  • Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them.

  • Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

  • Deadline-Driven: Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving campaign goals.

     

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • DISC Assessment (10 min)

    A brief assessment to understand your working style and team dynamics. Aligned with the OCEAN (Big Five) framework to support well-rounded collaboration.

  • Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (30–45 min)

    An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture.

  • Role-Related Task

    A short assignment designed to reflect real aspects of the position and highlight your approach to problem-solving.

  • Final Interview (45–60 min)

    A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Meeting with CPO (30 min)

    A focused discussion on our cultural values, organizational structure, and long-term vision. A chance to align on expectations and get a deeper sense of how we work as a team.

  • Reference Check

    Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.

  • Decision & Feedback

    We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.

     

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€1,400 – € 3,500 after taxes. We are open to discussing your expectations, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

 

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

  • For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

    This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
