Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Systems Lead who will own the marketing technology ecosystem of our client and ensure that every campaign is powered by accurate data, seamless automation, and clear reporting. You will partner closely with demand generation, content, sales operations, and analytics teams to build, integrate, and optimise tools that drive pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of the marketing technology stack – including marketing automation, CRM integrations, data enrichment, and analytics platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows (nurtures, lead scoring, routing) that accelerate prospect engagement and hand-off to sales.
- Lead end-to-end Marketing Technology projects – gathering requirements, mapping processes, configuring tools, testing, deploying, and documenting changes.
- Monitor data flow between systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely syncs; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Work with BI analysts to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that give stakeholders clear visibility into funnel performance, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate new vendors and emerging technologies, build business cases, and lead pilot programs that improve campaign efficiency or measurement
- Establish best practices, governance standards, and training materials to drive tool adoption and process consistency across global marketing teams.
- Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, or agencies that support marketing operations initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales operations to align lead management, SLA definitions, and revenue reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing operations or marketing systems administration, preferably in a SaaS or Fintech environment
- Hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) and its integration with a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Proven track record of leading technology implementations, migrations, or major feature rollouts
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution modelling, data hygiene, and segmentation strategies
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with solid project management skills (agile or waterfall)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and present insights that influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
