A bit more about this role:
The Marketing Associate will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and provide hands-on support across brand reputation, promotions, website updates, creative projects, and campaign execution. You’ll also assist with customer research and competitor analysis to help the team improve marketing effectiveness.

Eligibility Requirements
- Education: BA degree or equivalent
- Availability to work full USA hour shift: 7 AM-4 PM EST
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection
- Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days and must not be approaching such action
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide support to the team in the following areas:
- Promotions & Rebates: Ensure promotions and rebates are correctly implemented on the website; verify accuracy of content, visuals, and data.
- Brand Reputation: Help track brand sentiment and reputation across review platforms and search results; coordinate internally to address issues and improve perception.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the setup and execution of email marketing and SMS marketing.
- Website Updates: Keep homepage and key pages updated with current promotional assets and messaging.
- Creative Coordination: Work with designers and contractors to produce assets for web, email, and social media.
Data Analysis and Customer Insights:Conduct user interviews and exploratory research to understand customer needs.Support audience segmentation by behavior, location, or other factors.Research competitors and identify content or messaging opportunities.

- Proficient use of computer programs including Google/Microsoft products, web analytics, and Google marketing products
