HIP, a leader in orthodontics marketing and growth strategies, is seeking a skilled Partner Success Specialist to manage our extensive partner communications and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of handling a diverse and high-volume workload.
Key Focus Areas of the Role:
- Email Communication Management: On a typical day, you’ll be handling 25-30 emails, addressing various subjects. This task demands acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Coordination with other HIP teams is essential to provide comprehensive responses to our partners.
- Marketing Report Review and Problem Solving: Engaging in 15-20 calls weekly with partners, you’ll review marketing reports, solve problems, and offer training on different aspects. Post-call, you are responsible for sending detailed recap emails and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Diverse Partner Queries: You will address a wide range of questions from partners. These could include issues related to lead quality, ad spend recommendations, training requests on CRM, front desk and treatment coordinator training, website edits, design requests, SEO strategies, updating payment information, and diagnosing CRM issues or bugs.

- Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy individual with a passion for helping our partners and company grow
- This is a role that requires a high capacity for working with hundreds of clients at a time and the ability to contact switch all day between multiple communication platforms such as email, SMS (through a CRM), phone calls and Slack
- Must have a high level of clear and direct communication to clients and internal teams
- Must have a humble attitude and ask questions when needed
- Must possess the ability to communicate with clients with a 5 star level of service and ‘my pleasure’ mindset
- Must have a basic understanding of social media marketing, paid search, SEO, and web
- Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to switch between multiple software tools at a time
- Must possess a strong time management skillset and the ability to identify daily priorities and pivot when needed
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in our project management software tool (ClickUp)
- Ability to maintain a detailed and organized CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Must have knowledge of the Orthodontic and Dental field or be willing to learn
- Ability to facilitate training calls with teams leading from a place of confidence and influence
- Must have reliable high speed internet and a distraction free environment
- All client communication is responded to within 3 hours with a high level of detail and action is promptly taken
- The client experience is of the highest level of excellence at all times
- All client questions are addressed and action items are tasked out to the proper internal teams
