About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pinterest Marketing Specialist to drive real traffic and sales growth for an online hair extension store. This isn’t a “post and hope” role — you’ll own a full growth strategy built on SEO-driven content, keyword and trend research, and continuous analytics-based optimization. If you know how to turn Pinterest into a measurable growth channel rather than just a content calendar, this is built for that.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a Pinterest growth strategy aimed at increasing website traffic and sales
Create engaging Pins using client-provided photos and videos, optimized for discoverability and conversion
Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for pins to maximize search visibility
Research high-performing keywords and current trends to inform content and pinning strategy
Publish pins consistently on a daily basis to sustain growth momentum
Organize and optimize Pinterest boards for better visibility and audience targeting
Drive targeted, high-intent traffic to the website through strategic pinning
Monitor analytics closely and continuously refine strategy based on performance data
Follow Pinterest best practices to avoid spam and maintain platform compliance
What You Bring
Proven experience managing Pinterest accounts for ecommerce or beauty brands, with measurable growth results
Ability to create compelling visual content and write SEO-friendly descriptions
Strong knowledge of Pinterest trends, keyword research, and analytics tools
A strategic, growth-oriented mindset — comfortable setting goals and iterating based on data, not just executing a content calendar
Nice to Have
Experience in beauty, hair, fashion, or related industries
