Load Management Representative

We are seeking an innovative and agile LTL Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our LTL (less-than-truckload) Load Management team to coordinate and assist our carriers to ensure excellent service for our customers.
DEPARTMENT: Load Operations
LOCATION: Philippines- Remote
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
  • Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads
  • Communicate with external and internal parties  regarding delays or issues with shipments
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
  • Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
  • Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
  • Report and manage accessorial and extra fees our carriers might charge
  • Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
  • Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPECTATIONS:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • LTL or transportation experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written
