This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful ServiceNow implementations across ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and APM modules while collaborating with global teams. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying tailored ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and business value. The position is fully remote, giving you flexibility while allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance enterprise IT operations. You will also stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring continuous growth and innovation in your work.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop documentation including specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features, releases, and certifications to ensure best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).
• Strong expertise in at least one or more modules: ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM, or SAM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
• Preferred: Additional ServiceNow certifications (SAM, HAM, ITOM, APM, CMDB), Agile/Scrum experience, and scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
