Senior Strategist, AR Technology Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Digital Strategist with a specialty in Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that enhance our brand’s presence and engagement within the AR ecosystem. With a sharp nose for differentiating between vanity and meaningful metrics, you have the ability to transform numbers into vivid insights and creative ideas that communicate a brand’s purpose, inspiring and captivating audiences in innovative ways. You are an adept, thoughtful communicator and dot connector across different service teams and clients and have the ability to inspire and motivate across functions. Your Role: Be the team expert on platform and cultural trends, translating shifts in behaviors and the broader industry into larger creative opportunities. Have a global perspective on social media with sharp instincts for how users in different parts of the world think about and engage with social in unique ways. Move fluently through media plans, campaign management platforms, and Google Analytics with an eye for identifying performance trends. Act as the strategic liaison between the growth marketing and ad creative teams – ensuring critical insights generated from within each team are interpreted and translated to the other with the goal of creating a sharp, open feedback loop that boosts success from end to end.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute robust digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement within the AR community.
  • Create and manage innovative digital campaigns that leverage AR technology to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies in the AR space to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AR developers, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies that resonate with AR enthusiasts and professionals.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and digital performance
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience working with AR developers or in the AR industry.
  • Familiarity with VR technology and its applications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or in a similar strategic role, with a focus on AR technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of AR technology, applications, and the AR industry landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative digital content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range
  • The expected pay range for this role is $65-96 per hour but will depend on the level in which you are engaged
  • Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.
  • US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.
  • US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.
  • US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates. Examples of cities in US 1 are Brooklyn and San Francisco.
