Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through remote diagnostics for appliance malfunctions and offer step-by-step solutions.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our support system accurately.
Work closely with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
Assist customers with product recommendations, warranty inquiries, and service scheduling.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance if necessary.
Maintain knowledge of appliance models, new product releases, and common troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of common household appliances and their functions (training will be provided).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using customer support software, chat systems, and remote diagnostic tools.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or experience in appliance repair is a plus).
