Head of Search Media Buyer

The Head of Search Media Buyer will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our financial products. This role requires a deep understanding of finance lead generation, advanced expertise in Google Search Ads, and a proven track record of achieving significant ROI through strategic media buying.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive search media buying strategies to achieve lead generation goals and maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align search media strategies with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search engine marketing and finance lead generation.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in paid search advertising.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver high-quality leads.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search media buying, with a strong focus on finance lead generation.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Google Search Ads campaigns with significant ROI.
  • Deep understanding of the finance industry and regulatory environment.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools and platforms.
