We are looking for a Head of Product for one of our investment products. The product is a leading player in the online dating scene, renowned for its commitment to mindful connections. With a user base of over 15 million across key regions like the United States, UK, Canada, France, and Australia, offers a refreshing alternative to traditional dating apps. Its methodical matchmaking system provides users with one carefully chosen match per day, emphasizing quality over quantity.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
  • Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
  • Manage human and financial resources. 
  • Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to the key stakeholders.

We expect from you:

  • Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections, entertainment industries) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe).
  • Previous P&L management experience is a must.
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 20+ people.
  • Financial planning, product pitching.
  • Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving positive unit economics, product profitability and key metrics boost.
  • Experience scaling businesses.
  • Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome.
  • Background in product analytics, UX/UI design skills, market research would be a significant plus.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
