Head of Marketing

amma pregnancy tracker is an international mobile app and one of the world’s largest communities for moms-to-be and their families. We are building the world’s best ecosystem to support families through all stages of pregnancy.

We are looking for a strategic growth leader to own our full marketing funnel—from user acquisition to retention. You’ll architect data-driven strategies across paid UA, social media, and product-led growth while leading creative production to scale our app globally.

responsibilities
  • Paid Growth / Oversee UA campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), optimizing budgets and ROAS across markets with predictive campaign planning
  • Organic Growth / Lead cross-country SMM strategy and organic traffic expansion
  • Store Analytics / Own end-to-end ASO (App Store & Play Store optimization) with deep store analytics expertise
  • Product Growth / Implement marketing-driven features and conversion optimizations through cross-team collaboration
  • Creative Leadership / Develop high-performing ad creatives/content with producer through rapid testing frameworks
  • Data Leadership / Build predictive analytics models for LTV forecasting and campaign scalability
  • Team Scaling / Manage distributed teams (UA, SMM, creatives) with performance-driven culture
requirements
  • 5+ years in mobile app/gaming marketing with UA expertise (CPI/ROAS-focused)
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets across platforms
  • Proven success in scaling apps internationally (emerging markets a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset 
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermidiate+)

  • Own marketing end-to-end at a high-growth startup with equity potential
  • Hands-on experience launching and scaling web-to-app (W2W) funnels
