Flex-Staff: Customer Service / Teller

Headquarters: Greenleaf, Wisconsin

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative / Teller to join a dynamic, customer-focused team! This is a full-time, 37 hours per week, contract-to-hire position with excellent growth potential and a robust benefits package once hired on.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, start times between 7:45 AM–8:30 AM, working as late as 5:00 PM
  • Every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM
  • Average of 37 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Build meaningful customer relationships and create a welcoming experience
  • Support online and mobile banking users with troubleshooting and guidance
  • Open new checking and savings accounts
  • Manage teller drawer transactions, order cash, and balance the vault
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs throughout the day

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of teller or banking experience

  • Solid math skills and confidence handling cash

  • Strong communication—both written and verbal

  • High level of trust, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information

  • The ability to multitask and shift focus quickly while staying organized and accurate
