Exhibition/Event Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in event organization, including international events.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • High level of self-organization and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using various event management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in risk management.
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience working at major industry events such as ICE London, SBC, iGB, SiGMA is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, plan, and implement event concepts and strategies.
  • Manage event budgeting and invoicing.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote exhibitions to potential attendees.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored exhibition solutions.
  • Liaise and negotiate with event hosts and vendors.
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals.
  • Oversee production and logistics for all event elements, from souvenir products to corporate stands.
  • Manage branding merchandise and other event essentials.
  • Develop and administer event feedback surveys.
  • Track and analyze exhibition data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall event success.
  • Undertake business trips abroad to attend events and manage on-site operations.
