We are looking for a reliable outbound cold caller to support our sales team. This is a long-term, hourly role focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Your primary goal will be to engage decision-makers, introduce our services, and set up follow-up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus. Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to businesses (call lists provided)
  • Follow a provided call script
  • Ask qualifying questions
  • Book qualified meetings or pass warm leads
  • Log all call activity in our CRM

Requirements:

  • Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience
  • Clear spoken English
  • Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day
  • Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
  • Available during U.S. business hours

Tools and Set Up:

  • Reliable internet + quiet workspace
  • Headset + modern computer
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Close / etc.)
