Who We are Looking For:
We are seeking high-calibre individuals with the following essential experience and attributes:
· 5+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record, OR 5+ years in a high end, service-based environment.
· Proven skill in cold calling, lead generation, OR maintaining long-term client relationships.
· Strong ability in negotiation, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
· Is confident in client prospecting.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially in high-stakes conversations and presentations
· High levels of resilience, drive, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced, high pressure settings.
· Willingness to build a career in a job that never stops.
What you will receive:
During the course of the six month programme, you will be equipped with all the tools needed to become a well respected private jet broker.
· Client Relationship Management: Learn how to turn prospects into loyal clients with proven sales techniques—covering lead generation, cold calling, objection handling, and email marketing.
· Aviation Knowledge: Build confidence with insider knowledge of aircraft types, manufacturers, airports, and industry relationships.
· Charter Flight Management: Master the full process of a charter—from quoting and sourcing aircraft to planning flights and delivering a seamless client experience.
· Safety & Compliance: Understand global aviation regulations and learn how to verify aircraft safety and legality to organise charters responsibly.
· Technology & Systems: Get hands-on with the IT tools brokers use daily, from quoting and sourcing platforms to client management and flight tracking systems
