Job Summary: The Director of Marketing at AccuSourceHR is a dynamic leader responsible for driving data-informed marketing strategies that align with organizational goals. This role demands a deep understanding of AccuSourceHR’s product offerings and the HCM industry, combined with a strong capability to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics. The Director will lead a high-performing team, championing cross-departmental collaboration and leveraging data insights to optimize marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels, using KPIs and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns including website strategy, product, and event marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous optimization through A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and content strategy to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data literacy to drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market strategies, using shared dashboards and analytics to track joint performance.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, applying financial modeling and ROI analysis to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.
- Analyze marketing performance across channels and campaigns, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation platforms to inform strategy and support executive reporting.
- Drive brand positioning and messaging, using market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to ensure consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including partnerships, channels, and emerging technologies, using predictive analytics and market intelligence.
- Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet performance benchmarks and align with brand standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights through continuous market analysis and benchmarking.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline operations, personalize customer experiences, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned, with a focus on strategic initiatives that benefit from analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth, brand development, and cross-functional collaboration—preferably within the HCM or SaaS industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications in data analytics or digital marketing a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, brand, product marketing) using performance metrics and customer insights
- Experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth or fast-paced environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and ROI
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and campaign performance measurement
- Proven ability to manage and mentor marketing teams, agencies, and contractors to achieve strategic objectives
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, AI-driven automation tools, etc.)

Physical Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work.
- Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
- The ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards, including proper seating and desk setup.
- Travel up to 60% of the calendar year to attend trade shows, conferences, executive meetings, etc.
